The criminal justice system can be very confusing and scary, when you’re trying to find the right Tulsa criminal lawyer for you. While you have the right to represent yourself in court, the advice of a attorney is invaluable. We have extensive experience in criminal law matters. Our attorneys have served as a state prosecutor, city prosecutor, defense attorney, and have been appointed by the court to represent indigent defendants.

Crimes are generally classified as felonies or misdemeanors. Generally, felonies are punished by a sentence of one year or more in prison. Misdemeanors are generally punished by one year or less in a county jail. Probation is also a possibility. Under probation, a person would not serve any time in jail or prison.

Our attorneys have obtained outstanding results for our clients. Our attorneys have extensive trial and appellate experience and are familiar with all aspects of the criminal justice system. Each of our attorneys has worked on the prosecution side of the criminal bar before becoming defense attorneys, allowing them to fully understand the justice system.

Our attorneys know what the prosecutors need to win a jury trial. Our attorneys negotiate with prosecutors but are not afraid to take a case trial. Whether you are facing prison, acceleration or revocation of probation, or are a first-time offender, we are here to represent you not judge you. If your case is over but still showing up on your record, our lawyers are also knowledgeable in the area of expungements.
