Kim is a former legal fellow with the Immigrant Rights Project at the University of Tulsa College of Law, Boesche Legal Clinic. She is experienced in the areas of family based immigration, business immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization/citizenship, U-visa/T-visa (victims of crime), asylum, removal and deportation cases, consular processing, waivers, VAWA, deferred action for childhood arrivals, immigration legal services for businesses, and special immigrant religious workers. Kim stands ready to assist immigrants from all countries. Kim is fluent in Spanish. Kim offices in Dallas, Texas, but is able to meet with clients in the Tulsa office. The immigration courts are located in Dallas, allowing Kim to provide legal services at competitive rates.
Kim is also a former Human Resources Business Partner, and has experience developing human resources policies, employee relations, and responding to EEOC charges on behalf of employers.
